3. Motor problems, the automatic packaging machine may appear that the upper (lower) motor does not turn, the upper motor does not turn (the packaging will be cut into small pieces, and the bag will be pulled), and the lower motor will not turn (there will be no sealing, Note: If the knife is stuck, the motor will not turn.) 4. The packaging roll is not installed properly. There are two cases here. One is that the packaging roll is not loaded in the normal way, such as reversed (causing a hot bag, and the roll sticks to the shaft), such as loading the roll without winding the shaft (two The layout will be misaligned and cause ironing or edge ironing), and the packaging coil spring is too tight (small packaging, cutting from the middle, or wrinkled packaging).

6. The packaging roll cannot be sealed (generally, the long side of the package is the split side, and the short side is the split mouth. 8. The packaging roll is deviated or wrinkled
Maintenance measures: find the edge or seal, whether it is on the inside or the outside, and then loosen the top wire (it is mainly adjusted properly, if it is too much, it will not be sealed), take out the spring inside the top wire and put it in again (machine Too old the spring will lose its elasticity, which helps with recovery).
Summary: The packaging problem is mainly the packaging volume problem. When debugging, adjust the temperature first, and then adjust the others (generally, the factory machine has been debugged, it is recommended not to adjust randomly, the customer only needs to maintain the correct operation and maintenance).
